This is the first time I have really looked into the range of Halloween costumes and some of the costumes for tweens seem to be very provocative. I assume parents would actually buy the costumes, especially from an online source, so they would have to sanction the wearing of the costume to some extent but they obviously sell or they wouldn't be available.
