One of my grade 6's came dressed as a "sexy ladybug"... basically consisting of a mini length tube dress, wings, and high heels. very disturbing, makes you wonder what kind of parents would want their 11 year old daughter being "sexy". you are absolutely right. i work in an elementary school and this past halloween we had to stock up on cardigans and extra pants/leggings to cover up some of our kids.
